Design Services

Consultation for space planning, room layouts and a long term design strategy. You receive a style brief, color palette and curated inspiration images to inform your future design and renovation choices.

In addition to design concept, this includes sourcing of furnishings, decor, materials and finishes needed for your home's projects.
You receive a guide of suggested purchases to make, and then you handle the ordering, receipt, installation and styling of all items.

In addition to design and sourcing, includes ordering, tracking, receiving, inspection for damages/returns, installation and styling of furnishings, lighting and decor. Includes sourcing painters, electricians and handymen for lightweight projects.

For projects including renovations of structural, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window, drywall and cabinetry components. Includes sourcing, securing estimates, and scheduling of contractors, as well as onsite oversight to ensure alignment with design vision.

We work by the hour, with packages of hours purchased upfront and detailed usage is reported to you monthly. Projects are scoped individually and estimated with respect to hours required.

About
Following a 20 year career in client experience in finance and technology, Kim pivoted to her passion of creating elevated and earthy home design. A native Texan, she lived many years in both New York and San Francisco before relocating to Austin in 2019.
Her aesthetic is shaped by worldwide travels and a love of boutique hotels, along with a passion for sourcing unique, artisanal goods. Her homes have warmth, character and livability. Vintage rugs, sculptural lighting and layers of texture produce interiors that are collected and soulful.
Client-centered, highly organized and keenly detailed, Kim’s approach to the design experience delivers thoughtfully and artfully personal homes.
